Biography

Mr. Shantwanu Singh got enrolled with the Bar Council of India in the year 2011, and thereafter pursued his LL.M. in International Trade and Commercial Law from Durham University (England). After his return, he has been practising in the Supreme Court, different High Courts and tribunals. He successfully qualified the Advocate-on-Record Examination conducted by the Supreme Court of India in the year 2018 and was appointed as Special Public Prosecutor by Delhi Police in the Delhi Riots Case. He has been retained by several prestigious companies like the Sahara Group of Companies and Oil India Ltd, along with various real estate companies. He has also been engaged as Legal Consultant by companies like Kajima India Pvt. Ltd., Godrej, BCC Infrastructures, B.C.C Precast, J.K.G Constructions, M.R Proview, MRJV and many others. He has to his credit the opportunity of appearing in several high-profile cases under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, the National Security Act etc. before the Supreme Court and High Courts.
